Hai Paul si gudang data. Saya cewe’ pemalu yang
montok sekali, punya problem. Dulu beberapa tahun silam saya
sangat langsing dan menggairahkan. Tapi sekarang keadaanya
terbalik, badan saya gemuk dan menggerahkan para pria. Saya
pengen cepat kurus tetapi dengan cara sehat. Kamu tau dong
caranya?
Jawab:

Saya tau hampir semua cewe pasti problemnya sama. Berat badan.
Memang sih sesudah GST hampir semua barang dan harga pada
naik. Bukan berarti berat badan kamu harus naik juga? OK dech
saya kasih tahu tips menurunkan berat badan secara cepat tapi
sehat. Kamu tau ajah saya punya gudang data nurunin berat
badan. Salah satunya adalah tips dibawah ini, malah sudah
diterjemahin ke bahasa inggris lo for your convenience. Kalau
kamu masih tetap gembrot, aduh keterlaluan dech. Pasti kamu
gendut air, kebanyakan minum air laut waktu berenang di pantai
kali.
Tips Diet
Day One:
Fruits except bananas. Eat all the fruit you
can and want. Drink plenty of allowed beverages. Rockmelon
and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits, so
include some of each. Eat your soup- as much as you want.
Eat nothing else today except fruit and soup.
Day Two:
All vegetables except beans, peas and corn.
You may eat green beans in the beans category but no backed
beans or other types. Eat until you are stuffed with vegies.
Eat lots ofleafy greens. Again, enjoy as much of the soup
as you want. At dinner time today, reward yourself with a
big baked potatoes. Instead of butter or sour cream, try salt,
pepper or seasoning of choice) and straining soup as topping
for the potato. Remember: NO butter and or sour cream etc.
Day Three:
Mix day one and two together. Do not have a
baked Potato today. If you have been true to this diet and
have not cheated by the third day you will have lost 2 to
3 kilos.
Day Four:
Banana and skimmed milk today. Eat as much as
three bananas. and drink as many glasses of skimmed milk as
you can on this day. This is usually the most difficult day
of the diet. but stick to it. The rewards are worth it. Bananas
are high in calories, carbohydrates and potassium which your
body needs today. The protein and calcium of the milk are
also needed today and will lessen any craving of lollies.
Remember to eat SOUP.
Day Five:
Beef and tomatoes day. You may eat 300 to 600
grams ofbeef( or substitute chicken or fish). eat as many
as 6 fresh or canned tomatoes. The tomatoes help digest the
protein. Drink at least 6 glasses of water today) to help
wash away the uric acid buildup. Eat your soup at least once
today.
Day Six:
Beef and vegies today. Eat to your hearts content
a1l the steak and vegies you want. No baked potato though.
Concentrate on leafy vegetables. Include soup.
Day Seven:
Brown rice and unsweetened juices and vegies
are to be eaten today. Stuff yourse]f at will. Have your soup
with at least one meal.
This seven day eating plan can be used as often
as you like. Whcn followed to the letter it will allow you
to loose weight safely, clean your system of impunities and
give you a feeling of well-being. YOU will have more energy
than you've ever had before. This diet is a fast fat-burning
diet that bums more calories than you take on without loosing
the muscle. This does not lend itself to drinking and alcoholic
beverages at any time. Alcohol counteracts the fat-removal
properties of this diet.
Because everyone's digestive system is different,
each person will be effected differently. After day three,
if you have followed the diet, you will notice you have extra
energy .You will :find that you will not want much coffee,
if you are a heavy coffee drinker. Besides alcohol, there
are other taboos. Bread and carbonated beverages hinder progress.
Do not eat bread in any form. Do not drink even one diet coke.
Stick to water) unsweetened black tea, black coffee) fruit
juice (cranberry juice is especia11y recommended) and skim
milk ( on the respective day it is allowed).
REMEMBER; NO ALCOHOL and NO CARBONATED BEVERAGES
DURING THE DIET!
The basic fat-burning soup you will be making
is part of the daily routine and you may ea.t as much as you
want. Eat it whenever you feel hungry .The more soup eaten,
the greater the weight loss. More on the soup when you read
the recipe. Do not eat any other foods. All meals must be
boiled, baked or grilled. A11 fats need to be trimmed prior
to cooking and chicken must have the skin removed. Although
steak is given in the diet, chicken or fish may be substituted.
If you substitute beef for chicken or fish you
must include beef in the diet on one of the beef days, because
of the protein balance established in the diet At the end
of the seventh day, if you have not strayed from the diet
you will find a weight loss of 4.5kg to 7. 7kgs. Men lose
weight faster) so women may be in the 4. 5 kg range. If you
have lost more than 6.75kgs, go off the diet for a day. treat
yourself with a reward food- Resume the diet within two days,
beginning with day one-

3 brown onions 1 capsicum 1 large tin of
tomatoes 1/2 A bunch of celery 1/4 or half a green cabbage,
shredded or chopped. 1 pk of French onion soup mix 1 litre
carton Campbell's chicken 'Real stock'
Season with salt, pepper, parsley, curry or
spices of choice including Tabasco, or if desired you can
add bouillon, tomato, V8 juice or chilli. Place everything
in a large pot and add water to cover. Bring to the boil,
then lower to a simmer and continue to cook until the vegies
are tender. Half way through cooking, take half the vegies
out and puree them addmg them back to the soup which naturally
thickens it.
Although the above recipe is a basic soup given
for this diet. It has been discovered that in your second
batch you can add green beans and carrots to the soup for
flavour and even Turnips are a good substitute for Potatoes.
You will find that as you make more and more soup you will
be able to create different flavours and providing that you
don't change the soup to radically ( so as not to alter the
mineral combinations of the soup) your diet will benefit because
of the variety of flavours you can eat, making it easier to
continue. Always remember the more soup you eat the more weight
you loose. Good luck. Its worth sticking too !
